Upon booking the Advanced open water diver course we will send
you your PADI Advanced open water manual. and advanced slate |

| The PADI Advanced Open Water Course is comprised
of 5 specialty dives. It introduces you to underwater navigation
and deep diving, the two core dives that must be completed as
part of the course. You then have a choice of three elective
dives such as the drift dive, night dive and wreck dive. These
depend on seasonal and other environmental and safety considerations. |

The PADI Advanced Open water course costs
£255 If taken in the UK
or £195 if taken one of our trips
abroad
This includes use of all equipment, your PADI Advanced open Water
manual and slates. It does not include dive site entry fees where
applicable. Divers who have not dived for some time or those who have
qualifications from other training agencies are welcome on to this
course. You must have proof of completion of four Open Water training
dives. |

Location and schedule
| The PADI Advanced Open Water Course usually
runs over a 2-day period and can be done in the UK over one
weekend. Dates
on this link You will be training
with the Big
squid team and will need to attend open water training sessions
either in the UK or abroad. Regular
advanced locations include Wraysbury
(close to London) Portland,
Stoney
Cove , or on any big squid UK
trip or foreign
trip If it is some time since your last dive you may wish
to enroll in Big Squid Refresher
course |
EQUIPMENT
Big squid provide full equipment for all courses, we do however
recommend that you purchase your own masks,snorkels and fins for
comfort and hygiene reasons. We stock a range of theses items at
our shop in
Clapham.
